Mailbox reporting/dashboard tool?

Does anybody know of a software/tool that can audit a mailbox (on Exchange 2007) and report the following for each day:

- Count of incoming messages in the inbox
- Time it took to reply to message in inbox
- Number of messages in a folder (Resolved folder)

I am looking for this for a support mailbox and a way to report how many emails support is getting each day, how many are replied to, the response time for the reply and how many of those emails are resolved.

Any suggestions are welcome

I cant seem to find anything on Google. Only tools I find are general exchange audit tools to monitor the exchange server and all users.
