Confessions from the Most Corrupt Apple Store in America (Updated)
Ronald is a skittish sort of guy, prone to hours of dishing about Apple over the phone and IM with obvious contempt, before vanishing into the thin trenches of the online netherworld. At one point we went almost an entire year without speaking, before he reemerged to link me up with another Genius we'll call Jake: a sturdy nine-to-five type whose aversion to taking part in this story stemmed only with his busy schedule. http://gizmodo.com/5936324/exclusive...ore-in-america |

LOL to be honest I'm not all that surprised with the way that Apple throws around replacements, as anyone who has been in an Apple store can attest.

There's this line I wholeheartedly agree with... "Don't **** with the guy fixing your computer."
I've turned my passive-aggressive into an art form over the past few years... my clients who get really pushy or ***** at me, I'd be sorry to be them once I fix their computer. Don't get me wrong, I do exactly as they ask me. If they ask for virus cleaning or wiping, I do it. But then I change the settings so they get more pop-ups, install Avira instead of MSE (Avira is known for a lot of annoying pop-ups), make Action Pane (W7) more active, force the User Account Setting to the absolute max, etc. This works diabolically well.
