Question Considering Over-Volting ASUS STRIX GTX 1080 - Can I? Worth It?

What is up party people I've had my 1080 rolling for about 4 months now and I love it. Thing is, the temps are INSANELY cool. I'm currently running at 160+ Core and 600+ Mem which turns into about 2100mhz core and 5600mHz mem. However, at load, with the fan at 30-40% she sits at 50-55*C so I've got a ton of thermal headroom.

So with that in mind, is over-volting a thing so I can get more clocks out of the GPU? If it is, is it even worth it?

You're BIOS locked to a max of 1.096v by NVIDIA unless you do a hardware shunt to get around the limit. You're pretty much maxed out as far as Pascal goes now anyway. I generally see 2050MHz on mine, sometimes ill see 2101MHz in benchmarks.
