Needless to say I very much appreciate what you did and how you handled the situation. I apologize for jumping to conclusions and not handling it better, but I am glad you were able to identify and resolve the issue.

I have not had a chance to try them yet but rest assured I will.
Thanks Hostage .

Secondary thanks for leaving your reviews on all 5 of them on the website. They should definitely help future customers decide on which ones to try.

Was doing a little toying around with them again today and found that the Cayenne flavor works really well for a roast beef sandwich. Just make a normal roast beef sandwich and toss a little on top of the meat. Flavors just burst all over the place when you bite into it .

Oddly I am actually not a huge tobasco fan, which I think is what these hot sauces closely resemble, but I really seem to like these. They just have a fresher more robust flavor with a lot more depth than tobasco does. And having the full lineup gives you options. I have actually found my least favorite are the Habenero flavors as they are primarily heat with little flavor. If I want heat then the Ghost of Ancho is a much better choice. If I want flavor then either the Chipotle or the Cayenne are the way to go depending on what I am doing.

Glad to see it wasn't just me who got hooked on them right away lol. I was (and still am pretty much) putting them on anything lol.

One awesome thing I found was to mix some of the chipotle with some ranch dressing and use that instead of ketchup or mayo on a nice burger with some Monterrey jack or pepper jack cheese.
