How much power do I need for my rig?

I just wanted to know how many watts for my rig. It will contain a i7-3770k and 2x GTX 670s. Would a Corsair 850 be enough?

Also adding a Corsair H100 and the most fans I can add to a HAF 932. Replacing the side 230mm with 4x 140mm fans, but will only replace it if the the 4x 140mm fans are a better cooling solution then the 1x 230mm.

A PSU calculator will probably say 850W is enough, but I like a reserve (overclocking, new components, etc). I'd go with the Corsair 1050W or the Antec 1200W.

Most PSUs have enough connectors for, lets say 10 fans?

Additional Comment:

What exactly does the Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum mean? Bronze being the alright power supply and platinum being the top of the class power supplies?

10 fans might be a bit much, but with some splitters, no problem. Fans, normal fans that is, draw very little power.
