Familiar with Asus JumperFree Configs anyone?

Ok, so I have a new Asus M4A785-M motherboard mated with an AMD Phenom II x2 545...
Can anyone help me with overclocking this bad boy?
I am new to overclocking processors, and could really use some help...
So far I've gotten to 3.75ghz some how, but whenever I start to run Prime95, it crashes right away, and reboots...

This is what I have in my system right now..
AMD Phenom II x2 545
Asus M4A785-M
Kingston Hyper-X DDR2-1066 2GB (Pair of 1GB) Btw, its not even running at 1066
HIS Radeon 4670 GPU

I am updated to the latest BIOS, 5030 i think?

Also, I dont know if this bit of info will help, but this dual doesnt seem to be able to go into quad core, I've enabled ACC to auto, and still dual.. I guess AMD effectively disabled the other cores.

Please help.. Anything would be appreciated.. Perhaps if someone has a table that I can go by, maybe I can mirror your settings?

Thank you...

Only some mobo's and BIOS'es support unlocking to a quad. I'm not sure if that asus does.

I'm pretty sure that they do support unlocking quads.. I read on a website somewhere that Asus motherboards do support it... I bought this mb on the account that unlocking was supported...

Additional Comment:

Ok, so I've tinkered with this a little more, I actually found out, that the configurations I chose don't unlock by themselves. Turns out there was more tinkering to be had and the Asus mbs have an option where you can choose full 4 core or 3 core operation. Unfortunately, I've still had no luck with turning on the other 2 cores. 3 core option even lets you choose which third core you want to unlock, but it seems that AMD has effectively cut the links to the other 2 cores... ****!! I get Unlock fail messages. Ah well, I suppose I took the risk when i bought this processor, and I did pay for a dual after all.

In any case, is there anyone who can help me to play with the Asus Jumperfree configs to overclock this bad boy? So far, I have it running at 3.5ghz, and i've yet to run prime95 tests, so theres no telling whether or not this set up is even stable...
If anyone can lend a hand, that would be awesome.
Thank you

Additional Comment:

anyone help please?

Your board supports it. All SB 710's and 750's with the right bios can do it. I believe ASUS has an additional setting you have to change to unlock, unleashing mode or something. Not sure exactly.

Yea, I've played with the Unleashing mode, but no luck.. I may have a locked CPU...
Anyway, So far, I've got to 3.52ghz, and I upped the voltages on the HT and NB, and Prime95 has been stable for over an hour now... So for now, I'll keep everything at these settings I suppose.
