You didn't mention a price range, but I got some PC4200 Hyperam from www.komusa.com for really cheap, and it clocks really well (still burning in, but already tightening down to 2.5-7-4-3 at 250 FSB). They have a PC3500 dual channel kit for $205 (plus shipping). Their reseller ratings are great (~9), and I personally had a great experience with them on my purchase.
:edit: Be sure to check out any Price Watch retailers at www.resellerrarings.com before purchasing. Conversely I had a horrible experience with buyaib.com that would've been avoided if I had checked them out first.
