office 2000 excel help

hey guys my teacher is trying to print excel documents, the letterd colums that are empty try to print too all the way past ZZ from A. my question is, is there any way to limit the number of colums?

My guess is that there is some garbage is some far off cell.

Click on the row right below the last one and then scroll all the way down and hold <shift> and click on the very last row. Then do a delete.

Same thing with the columns.

I am using Office 2003, but Excel 2000 might have this option..

Highlight everything that your teacher wants printed > File > Print Area > Set Print Area > Print.

Only what is highlighted will print..
