Farcry Multiplayer

As you can probably tell from my previous posts i recently bought farcry and while the single player is great I find the the multiplayer is fairly disappointing. I am not sure why but, it just isn't very much fun. I'm sure this will be fixed with a patch, what do you guys think is missing?

I have to sort my server search by ping and join the one with the lowest so i don't lag like crazy, but other then that it seems fair

The only thing that I didn't like about the multiplayer is the fact that spawn points are so far away from the actual fighting. So unless you grab a vehicle it is going to take you awhile to get back into the fight after you die.

I know what you guys mean but for me it just seems like it is possible that the maps are too large. I usually feel lucky when I see somone; enemy or ally. I how some good user-made maps come out. I also hope that people stop trying to run their p4 1.6 as a server it is really not fun.

the only fun I have in Farcry multiplayer is playing Assault with a team. With the clan im in here in Tokyo we go to lan parties and have massive fun playing as a team against other clans or people. but thats all i like out of the multiplayer at this point. im really looking forward to the jurrasic park mod that is in tbe making by some mod team.

That sounds like it would be awsome. Cryengine is the perfect engine for a game like that.
