average NB (amd) Temp

fitted my wc kit and the cpu tmeps seem good but my northbridge seems a little hot (37-45) are these temps safe and what the max i should allow.Mobo is DFI ultra B im not sure how acurate these reading are beacuse both the cpu and NB clock dont even feel hot.I just flashed to tictas bios and the readings are the same

Don't worry about the NB temperatures. They will not cause instability at those temperatures, and probably not for a long time after.

I think it's the same. Bill Adams was vague, and he left the discussion. What he said was essentially watercooling will get the NB cooler but stability doesn't change. This could just be comparing the MCW20 to their heatsink, but I think it's a little more universal than that.
