Need a solid +12V Rail & 400W+...recommendations?

As said, my current PSU which came w/ the case is a generic 350W and the +12V rail fluctuates from 11.6-11.85V. I'd like something that generates a consistent +12V or more on the rail. What are your recommendations? I'd like to not spend more than $60-75 or so.

Thanks!

I didn't need a list of brands, but a specific part #. I know what the good brands are, but I've read about many with mixed reviews, so I want some recommendations from those of you running specific power supplies that you've been very happy with (specifically one that supplies very consistent rail voltages and vcore).

The Antec SL400 is a very good 400 Watt PS.
I'm using it on (4) Dual Athlon Systems, XP-M2400 @ MP2800+

What about the new OCZ PowerStream 520Watt?
(It has a five year warranty)

It has adjustable pots.

28A 3.3V
40A 5V
33A 12V

The 520Watt goes for $150 dollars.
BTX compatible, too, so that's a bit of a bonus.

Here it is, at Silicon Valley CompuCycle:

EDIT:
Well, that was dumb... Read post, then read PowerStream review, forgot about price range...
The 420Watt PowerStream is $100, and the 470Watt is $130.
Sorry about that!

fotron's 530w,

for the ttgi you would HAVE to adjust the 12v line because it usually is droopy, for the fortron you may do the same but it isnt neccasry
