Motherboard Fan Header Output?

I have a p4p800se, can anyone tell me what's the voltage/wattage limit on the CPU fan header?

I think around 6watts or .3amps is safe.

I hear 8W maximum for Abit boards. I personally would not exceed 6W per header.
