help with my storage - please

hi,
im really needing to but a nbew storage setup .i want to use SATAs (but not necessarilly RAID)

i need:
Drive/Partition for C (15gb or more?)
Drive/Partitons for Programs (30gb)
Drive/Partition for Games (50GB)
Drive/Partition for STEAM (15gb)
Drive/Partitions for Films etc (continuos)

how can i do this?
as when i get adsl i will many films coming in everyday

well i can put Steam into the Games partition

what should i do about always adding new storage harddrives?
