something is f'ed

Well i dunno what has done this but win2k has locked me out of task manager. When i try ctrl + alt + delete it has the task manager button greyed out so i cant click on it also when i right click on the task bar it is greyed.

Is there a way to fix this or is a reformat in order?

Cheers,
Will

Neither of those actually worked for me though. That key wasn't present in the registry and the Local Policy was already Not Configured.

I'm going to do a rebuild. Been a year since I did it last, so it's about time anyway.
