Kv8 Max3, nothing on screen on boot up, help

I turn on my pc today, and the monitor does turn on, so im like, ok, i'll try another monitor. I get the same results on the 2nd monitor. So im like, it might be my video card (9500 128MB, at stock everything). so i pulled that, put in my dads mx440, still the monitors dont boot up at all. So i thought, did i blow my agp slot? so i put in my radeon 7200 pci, both monitors still show no signs of anything.

i wasnt overclocking anything
i wasnt playing around with anything
i already know its not cpu related, ive tested my amd64 3200+ NC in my dads rig, it works fine
i put my ram in my dads rig, it works fine
i put my 9500 in my dads rig, it works fine
i put my Aspire Concord 500W in my dads pc, works fine

so im concluding that its a mobo problem.

I havent flashed it or anything at all. i havent done anything in the BIOS lately.

any clue to why it hates me?

I'll be selling this in like a few weeks, and this will make selling it much harder.

Figures, i just noticed that one of the ram chips wasnt in all the way, i pushed it in all of the way, boots up fine now.

I hope i didnt damage the ram.
