Not sure what the problem is, but if your using Windows, you can find your bookmarks here (or something like it):

C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\...\bookmarks.html

Just kill the process in the Task Manager and start it up again. Happens sometimes with malformed web pages or just a bug.

They should make a sign that just points up and doesn't say I'm with stupid... I cracked up when I saw that.

Seriously though, that happened to me and all you have to do is end task with the task manager (ctrl+alt+delete).

man playful i expected better from you

yeah it's happened to me a few times... just killing the process saves you from having to reboot which I believe would also fix it

That's strange, I have used Firefox from the beginning and no problems whatsoever... I don't even recall it crashing at all. *shrugs* Maybe I'm just lucky.

whatever happened to the good ol firebird[or was it firefox too..] that required no install, just run the exe...

they should still provide at least a 'lite' versino or something of firefox that just runs right out of the box. it'd be cool to have it on like a little drive and then run it wherever you go
