Aim Error...

I used to get this aim Error every once in awhile, saying
Your buddy list and buddy icon are not available currently, but they have not been lost.
Please try again later.

I looked on aim site with no luck ... any ideas

It happens. Something wrong with AIM's database. Give it a bit, it will return to normal and you'll have all your shet back.

AIM does have some random problems sometimes, i think in this case, just let time do the healing

When that used to happen to me, it was on my end. Try restarting your modem, it usually used to happen to me and then was followed by other internet problems (websites not working, eventually internet crashes).

That error message is fairly meaningless to me, just try signing off and on again.

It is. It happens to multiple people at one time, not usually a single person. Happened to me a few times in the past.

Sometimes, it really doesn't matter then. If you try restarting AIM and your modem and still nothing, it's obvious that the AIM servers are down and you'll just have to wait.

Server issues happen, thats no lie. However, a majority of the time they work well.
