433 = 217mhz... That's not really anything new... TCCD already does that with the same voltage. Wonder how it OCs though...?

It could be just winbond UTT or something, as it states that it uses 2.8v, and babyelf got to 220MHz @ 1.5-2-2-6 with only an extra 0.1v with value VX, so winbond could also be a possibility.
