How far from P95 stable to Folding stable?

I'm just getting started with serious OCing, and I brought up a Venice 3000 to 2727[303x9] 1.55V, 248@2-2-2-5[BH5] 3.55V where it was stable in Memtest, SPi32M, and ran thru the GIMP test. It fell flat on its face trying to fold, however. It was almost SPi32 stable at 311 (would do up to 8M), when I backed off to 303 it stabilized for 32M SPi and GIMP's test run. How much further am I likely to have to back off to get Folding stable without finding out the hard way by turning in broke WU's ?
