Learning To Overclock

Hi guys:I have a question in relation to capture of streaming sound. I can capture streming sound using any sound editing program like Cooledit, or Sound Forge. My problem is that in order to record anything I have to use an external connection (from the speaker's output-line to the microphone's input-line). Obviously with this method there is some loss of quality sound. I know there is a method of "twitching" with the setup of the sound system in your PC, in such a way that you could capture the sound without having to go through the external "artifice." I'll be very thankful if somebody could give me some advise about how to make these changes. |
