See users on network?

I have a Belkin 54G router and I have a AMD 64 Laptop running wirelessly with another computer (my roomates) on the router as well. I have a 64bit encryption set up; probably going to set up something more secure later. I was curious is there is any program that will let me see who is on my network or who is trying to access my network?

Do you mean your LAN or your wireless access point i.e. are you concerned about people accessing you internet connection via the wireless or connecting to you or your room mates PC? Or, are you worried about whether he can hack in to your PC?
