Shortening Wires
I have an Enermax Liberty 620 Modular PSU and I love how I can add and subtract wires to my preference. However I have a Lian Li-Koolance PC3-426BK Liquid Cooled Case. It has a built in water cooling system mounted at the very top of the case and the case itself is real small. The Asus A8N32-SLi Board that I have, has the main power connector near the end of the mounted PSU. The extra length has now taken up so much space that I need in the case. With our main concerns being safety and performance, will it be detrimental in any way to shorten the length of the cable so that I may regain valuable space back in the case? Thank You in advance, Len |
