is this a good ps for the price

because i need a cheap ps or can somebody tell me a good 500watt+ ps that is cheap but decent

my system specs r amd3000+
1 gig of ram
x850pro(want to flash it to a xt)
330watt antec ps

and also like a hour into a game my comp will shut down because i dont meet the requirements for the vid card also

i find that question weird because you can get a ps that may be the best for its price range but it can still be crap.its not great .seems to die after around 6 months

aspire/powmax are about the 2 worst brand of PSU's you can buy.
