water loop sketch

This is how i plan to do my loop. The red pieces are T-fittings, and the top is the filler port obviously and the bottom tube going to the bottom left is the drain.

pump>rad.>cpu>gpu>pump

I think this would make a little more sense aesthetically. And flip the pump 180 degrees too if you can.

yes stallions idea (not necessarily for the drain port cuz that doesnt matter but it does look better) for the top fill port is a better idea. it has to sit more level than your drawing to get the air bubbles out.
