Cracked screen

I left my palm in my backpack and apparently its not very safe in there.

Is there anything I can do with my palm 100 now that I cracked the screen. I see the black crystal splattered all over the screen, so I'm thinking no, but wonderin if anyone had any ideas?

where di you get your warranty through? if you are talking about a best buy warranty, you would be SOL anyway because they don't take back products where the cause of it breaking is user error. i used to work there and the PDA scenerio was specific in our training.

you can always go and buy a new one, open it and take it, then put ur broken one in the box and return it saying it was like that when u got it or something like that

not that any of use perfectly law abiding citizens would do anything like that

I had the same thing happen to my VIIx..
I was walking in the airport in atlanta, delta terminal, checking my flights schedule on my palm.. and BOOM! the one of those **** suped up golf carts they drive around sideswipes me and knocks my palm out of my hand. Doesnt even bother to stop. Onlookers are flippin out. I am furious by this time. I walk up to counter screaming like hell. In the end I got 2 free round trip tickets anywhere in the US and a $600 check 2 weeks later (shh! I told them thats how much it costed)

I busted my old NEC MobilePro 750c Screen, It cost $400 to fix. I spent $650 on the unit. I fixed it though, cause I saved $250 from the cost of a new unit.
