Finally broke the 500 barrier

the last few weeks I have had so many computer crashes, random erasures of the hard drive, Just a whole pile of grief, slowing my folding down to a crawl, but it was a good thing because now I have F@H on three more computers. Went from an Alienware ALX, to a Celeron 700 in twenty minutes, the ALX folds a lot faster, but this celeron just keeps running 24/7 folding away in the background. Hope I can stay below the 500 mark until my ALX comes back. I am a happy camper now that folding is going forth productively.
Whenever I get down from all the crap that happens I just have to go to this forum and it makes me laugh.
The knowledge I have garnered from all of you here is priceless, sooooooo much better thatn customer service. Everyone is willing to take the time to sort out noob's problems, as well as the occasional real twister that defies logic.
I am impressed by the devotion to folding that the young people have, I guess this new generation is less of the "hurray for me and F you" and has more of a social conscience, makes me proud to know them.
Keep folding, it's good for you.

You having 3 computers running F@H is a good thing, soon you'll be having work units complete in no time haha. Well, if you have any "Noob" questions dont be shy and post away, we all like to help and I'll try to help as much as I can. Like I said before, it's good to hear that your happy, now keep folding it's heathly .

KEV DAWG thank you for the good words, I also left a forum to come here, probably the same forum as you did. Welcome to this forum, all here are equal ('cept some are more equal than others).Enjoy the members here, they are a really nice bunch of people.

icentrino20: I can't remember when I was 20, but I remember we had no computers, just slip sticks to do calcs. Now we are in an age that holds endless possibilities for the educated. Keep up the good work and the altruism will come back to repay you a thousandfold.
