voltage problems (system seems to be going unstable)

With an ms core program i'm using, it gives me an alarm.

It flashes that my +5v is 3.39 and 3.3v is1.89v.

I am a noob and i don't know what this means but here are my specs

MSI K8n Neo4 platinum ultra
XFX 7900gt single card
AMD Athlon 64x2
1gb single corsair ram

Hiper 580W Type-R Modular PSU, which can be found here
http://www.hipergroup.com/English/pr...hpu-4b580.html

the reason i'm linking is because i don't know anything about ampres and volts, but i feel this has got somthing to do with my power supply.

Is my power supply good enough? If so i'm not bothered buying a new one if my system will run better because its not very stable at the moment, i get bluecreen and crap, and norton wont upgrade because it says my clocks are wrong

Also when i turned my computer on for the first time ever, it told my that the previous sttings of overclocking where bad and thast is was going to defult. Any ides?

thanks in advance

Don't ask why unless you want to join them.
Your PSU, im 99% sure would be fine. They are decent enough.

The problem you have is that the temps/volts arent being read properly.
Try using a multimeter to read as it sounds like the mobo sensors have gone haywire.

What worries me is that daves psu guide says that the 12 should bne at least 26a and its says vr1 18a vr2 20a mabye its dual rails i don't know.

Thanks for replying

No disrespect to Dave but maybe it isnt explained well enough. The Hiper is indeed Dual rail.

If you Hiper is fully functioning it is a very good stable PSU.

Like i said before, it sounds as though your mobo sensors are playing up.

Flash the bios to try and correct it because it could just be a calibration issue.

No offence but checking the bios for voltages is pointless.
Use the sticky guide to show you how to measure you rails. Make sure you do it under load.

How can you set up a Water Cooled rig when you dont know what a Multimeter is or what dual rails are?

Take a good long look at the stickies here then ask again.

Because water calling doesn't involve maths :P.

I think water cooling is more commen sence than anything else, whereas bios seems pretty complicated!

I'm starting to get the hang of it though, read through the a64 oc guide about 10 times, havn't ticked that one yet
