AHHH RAM wont work at correct speed

My PC3200 RAM is registering as 333MHz on my 939s56-m board. Setting the speed to 400MHz from auto makes the system unstable - it often wont boot.

I cant find the settings for the hypertransport multiplier either.

Im running an athlon 64 3700 at 243 clock and 11 x multi. I want to get it higher but this motherboard isnt letting me up the voltage past 1.35. it lets me set the Vcore to 1.4 but it wont give the core more than 1.35. this is a crock as the manual says it allows up to 1.55V

Help please

My sister having the same problem on a 939-Dual board. PC3200 RAM detected at 333MHz and system becomes unstable if set to 400Mhz. It's name brand RAM too, so I don't know what gives. I'm thinking that the board sucks.
