Need reccomendations for a good Mobo

I'd like to get a new SLi socket 939 mobo to replace my Gigabyte GA-K8NXP-SLi which i never much liked, and plan to sell along with the 3D1 dual 6600GTs that came with it. What i need is a good overclocker that will support dual cores (that'll be my next upgrade). The kit that needs to go on it is:
3500+ Venice with an AC Freezer 64 pro
4x 512 sticks corsair value select
7800GTX
Seagate Barracuda Sata Hdd
X-Fi Music

I have considered the DFi boards however i read that you can only use a naitive 24pin PSU on them wheras my PSU is a Thermaltake Pure Power 560W http://thermaltake.com/product/Power...0023/w0023.asp which has a 20 pin connector with a convertor.

Are there any good OCing boards that'll be happy with this PSU?

Yea, thanks, providing i don't get ripped off on my PSU i'll be looking around for a second hand Ultra-D or SLi-DR. I think my best chances of getting one cheap will be an ultra-D on ebay that has had the SLi mod done to it, that could put a few people off buying it, but it'd just save me modding it later!
