DC Car Adapter converter to normal power plug

Is there anything that can connect to the dc car adapter http://www.adorama.com/images/Product/ICDCA.JPG to a normal 2 prongs power cord (I guess thats what its called)? I've googled but I might be using the wrong terms since I'm clueless to this.

The reason for this is because I bought a wireless fm transmitter something similar to 'FM Transmitter for iPod & MP3s and
Auxiliary Input Devices' on this page http://www.pickupspecialties.com/ipo...ccessories.htm and would like to use the transmitter in my house and haven't found a converter or anything.

I google'd. Not finding it, think you can help out a bit?

@Gh3tt0PC
Lol that would be pretty nice but for that much I can buy one that uses battery instead of the 12VDC.
