How to install OpenGL separately???

Hi, i just got a Dell 2407FPW and currently running it on a Geforce4 MX 440 64MB AGP8X... ok here goes the problem, if i install the nvidia graphics driver then the 1920x1200 resolution will not show up in the resolution settings menu... and i have try 3 different nvidia drivers version now...

but if i use the one that microsoft assign me when i reinstall windows. then the 1920x1200 resolution show up... and i can easily select it

ok the main problem is since i'm using the display driver that micrsoft install for me.. that microsoft driver don't have openGL support so therefore every games that i play for example counterstrike which need OpenGL will not work, even though i can run it with Direct3D render but the games look very bad...

is there an option to install OpenGL standalone version?

EDIT: Ok so far i found this: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/i...splayLang%3den but its only for windows 95 and 98 can't find a standalone version of OpenGL for windows xp...
