Do you think superglue would hold it if I pressed the head back on the screw shaft? Should I chance it? Has this happened to anyone else? Any advise would be greatly appreciated cause I have everything sitting hear and nothing to do with it till I resolve this. Thanks |

This is a common problem with it. Cheap hardware sent with it. Try to get something to replace it from the hardware store as I would never in a million years trust glue.

You should have two extra screws, try one of those while you fix the other one.
Both of my TT120s came with two extra screws. |

Those extra screws are for the K8 AMD or something like that. They have different threads anyway cause that was the first thing I checked.
At any rate I realized that superglue isnt gonna cut it so I went and got some lock tight metal weld bonding compound and we will see if that will work. Its suppose to be 3000psi strength and can be machined and whatnot so i'm hoping it will be strong enough. Should be. I'll make sure I cant pull it off before I try it. Additional Comment: So whats a safe amount to tighten this hardware? It doesnt really tell you. I'm assuming untill its snugg and the tower doesnt move around. LOL i'll try not to
![]() I just hope another head doesnt pop off. I've got it on now but its not tight and the one that I weld-bonded hasnt poped off. I'm a little nervous about tightening it now ![]() Additional Comment: Update: The Loc-Tite weld bonding compound seems to work for the busted Tuniq mounting screws. I let it set for 1 hour and tightened it up real slow and it didnt pop off. Right now its sitting horizontal and almost completely tight and no toubles.
