Recommend me a PSU

Here are my requirements. Under $50. And able to run my setup. The further under $50 the better.

My Setup:
ECS Nforce3 board
Sempron 3000
7600 GS 128mb AGP
2x 512mb pc3200
Diamond sound card
PVR150
1x NEC DVD burner 16x
2x Seagate 160gb hds
No need for SLI or sata connectors(but if their there, no big woop)

Don't just say "Get an Seasonic" or something like that, provide me links **** it! I honestly have no idea how big a PSU I need, but I can say that my previous one was a 450w and worked fine, and that I'm somehow running a 250w right now.

I would go with the FSP personally... Higher grade parts, and a better overall name for their PSUs...
