DIfference between P5K DELUXE & P5K

I have been looking over the different motherboards and decided I wanted a
P35.
I believe I have narrowed it down between these 2
P5K Deluxe and the P5k
I dont see that much difference that is worth $100 from the P5k to the P5k Deluxe.
Im hoping someone could shine some light on this.
