ok i upped my cpu to 3289 and still got the same score so i take back my comment about the cards being limited by the cpu speed, it seems with this bench it doesnt matter. i cant boot much higher with this bios atm....

i found the same thing i upped my CPU to 3.9 but lower score l0l so it might be 10% CPU 90% gpu

yes the first propper gpu bench ive come across, i really like this.... it stops all the arguments about memory timings and cpu speeds. its a good equaliser as all our systems can provide that 10% cpu info the gpu needs...

+ unless some one comes in with sli with a big score i think it only uses one card ie look at KevLewis 8800 gtx = 2290 points [q] xx that with sli and quad and it dont beat me with a duel and 1 card

yes it only uses one core so quads dont get a boost its all gpu from what i have just seen
