diff between p5k deluxe and p5k-e?

Hey getting ready for a build and need you guys' knowledge cause mine is a failing. From what I can tell the only difference in the pk5-e and the pk5 deluxe is different heatsinks and 1 less gigabit ethernet adapter. Is this correct? Does it OC as well as the deluxe? If all else is the same i would just as soon save the 75 bucks and lose the ethernet adapter. Whose got some experience ocing the p5k-e? thanks

I have a p5k deluxe and love it, but I am sure teh p5k-e would work just as well. I hae not heard anything bad about the p5k series.

I have a P5K-E, you are correct, the only difference is the loss of 1 ethernet port, a few USB ports , and a (mosfet?) heatsink on the far right of the board. It uses the same, or very similar bios, has wifi. Its worth it over the Deluxe. Its a great board, I'm in love with it, I upgraded to it from a gigabyte p35-ds3r and I will say, this board is 100x better. I actually think its a deluxe rebadged. The whole layout is pretty much identical, and they didnt even print "P5K-E" on the board, its actually a white sticker that goes over where "P5K Deluxe" would be.
