The Fortron Blue Storm 500w is a high quality power supply. Unfortunately the design is outdated and would not be suitable for many potential upgrade paths. vai0 makes a great suggestion. The Corsair VX450 is also a high quality power supply. It has a updated design and utilizes a large single +12v rail for maximum versatility. Both are fine units, but the Corsair is the better choice.
