psu for x2 6400 and phenom 9850

hye. does anyone know what the minimum power requirement for the x2 6400 and the phenom 9850 are?
i hv a 450w psu rite now. if this isnt enuf i would probbly get a new one.
currently using 8800gt, 2gb corsair 6400.

Hey Johan now back to my original question what PSU do you have? And what are all the components in your rig?Drives,fans....But if you read the stickies you would have found this calculator on your own..
