Grpahs on external websites
Would be great to have a real time graph embeded in my site. I presume the reasoning behind not allowing this is down to the bandwidth involved in hotlinking to the image file. |

Yes, the term is called hot-linking... It's a common courtesy not to do it (to any website) as it uses their bandwidth and not your own...
As for how much bandwidth it would use that would be dependent of how much traffic your site gets. But to answer your question... No I do not allow hotlinking to any of the graphs... it will just show up as a broken image if anyone links directly to it on another site. |
