Question Asus Eee 901 or 1000

I've been looking at this for awhile now and I really want to grab one. Before I do I want to see if I can get some more specs from anyone that knows or has one.

What type & speed is the processor and how much video power is the integrated supposed to be? And if anyone owns this model, I'd love to hear thoughts on it.

Thanks for the links guys. I looked at some stuff and I think I'll wait for the 901 to release I think next month. I own a photo business and I just want something really portable I can use in the field and put in my camera bag (which this will fit in). At least the 901 has the intel atom, which looks like it can handle better. I want to grab the linux version since it has better storage options and reinstall Win XP on it. I'm wondering, could this thing handle photoshop? Not to really render anything but for viewing 12mp photos and doing tiny edits if need be. Just trying to judge what it can do before buying it.

Waiting is a good choice, the atom will make these things scream compared to the current lineup.

Well the 901 12G version is out now at the egg. I'm still gunna wait until the 20G version comes out, I really don't want XP Home, I'll just put XP Pro on it when I get it (plus why loose 8GB of space?)

Just what I said in the post above, the atom version is out as of a few days ago, but they haven't released the *nix version of it yet, just the XP version. Grab it at the egg for $599

Well I've had my 901 for about 2 weeks now and I wouldn't trade it for anything. The weight and battery life make this thing my best friend. I can even play HD video without the integrated gpu stalling at all. I honestly have not been this happy with a machine in a long time. The screen is better then one I've seen on a laptop ever, likewise with the touchpad. If anyone else owns one or has any questions about it I'd be happy to share.
