Question audigy 1 or onboard Realtek ALC662?

I have a mmb with onboard realtek ALC662, and also an old creative sound blaster audigy 1. Which has better sound? Should I use the onboard sound or my audigy?

I would use the Audigy just for the fact that it takes some load/stress off the processor.. I use an original Audigy over my onboard sound on my Expert board and it sounds decent..
