gainward tool for hd 4800 series

I ran stumbled onto this and thought a few of you could use it. (scroll down a bit to get the utility)

"Gainward Expertool ATI v4.0 enables Radeon HD 4850 / HD 4870 fan and clocks control without CCC or BIOS modification. I just tested it and it works fine also with other Radeon like the Radeon HD 3870."
this is from "Geeks3d"

Trying it now

Additional Comment:

It's a dud for XP 64-Bit as it just throws an error when trying to open

I'd imagine it'll do the same in Vista 64bit then.

Sad times.
