Not on the list?

Hi,

I'm trying to figure out why I'm not on the stats.

The team I'm on is on the list, but not me, so the sigimage is not working:

Any idea why I'm not here and how I can fix that?

Well, since the FAH site is doing an update now I can't see your stats. When did you submit your first work unit? If it was really recent, then that might be why the EOCF site hasn't updated with it yet.

That's your team, correct? It looks like jason isn't processing your team users stats.

Yes, that's correct.

I was on the stats few weeks ago, but I'm no more. What does it take to have the team processed? More members? More points?

I think he only process the top XXX number of teams. I don't know what that cutoff number is though. It takes too much time and computing power for his stats to update EVERYBODY.

Do you know how I can ask him what's the rank limit?

But my team is 1,492 (so less than the 2,000 required), and I'm 6th on this team, so less than the 800 required.

That's why I don't really understand why I'm no more there

It's actually 3,000... And that is for the "team" score only... To have stats for the individuals on the team, the team needs to be ranked somewhere between 1,200 - 800.

But anyhow, this looked familliar and I found the corresponding email you sent me and this is the reply I sent:

Because of the sheer number of people folding, I was unable to process *everyone* on the old server. With the new server (and eventually the next version of the stats) everyone will be processed... All teams and all individuals.

I did make a FAQ a long time ago (the link is there on the side bar) which answers a lot of the most common questions, which yours fall under the first and second Q&A's listed.

However, the nice guy that I am, I manually added your team to process the individual stats. In a couple hours your members should show up on the "Team Users List". It will take at least a week before enough data is built up to be able to generate proper averages and projections.

Regarding the sig images, is it generated each team it's displayed? Or only when you are refreshing the stats?

You will have to wait until after the next update, then you should be able to get your sig image. It refreshes with each stats update.
