catalyst not working

im trying to pep up my little 3650 through the catalyst, but when i either do auto tune, or test custom settings, nothing happens. i installed the 64-bit version, as that is the OS i have.

is that the cause or something else? im new to OCing the video

i think it may be the card in general, i have a 3650 in an HTPC and it doesnt OC at all either. it may be a voltage issue (to keep power consuption down) so a volt mod get some more jiuce

i found a setting in the BIOS of my HTPC that was to set allow/disable video card OCing, dunno if that was for the onboard graphics tho - just thought it may be woreth looking around for
