Whats the best way to mount your pump to kill vibration and make it quiet?

my pump is wisper quiet on a towel but even straped down hard to my case with bolts it vibrates bad or something. Ive tried poly under the pump no go.. what to you guys do to fix this issue? thanks

cool ill try it i think maybe becasue it was mounted orig. oin the front panel on the metal casing that it was prone to vibration from the get go ill try the bottom and maybe something else.. what about a block of foam carved out inside to countor to the pump? Im sure it might raise the pump or h20 temp a degree or two but Im ok with that and this case isn't to much about looks right now.. thanks shroom

i just put it on a small towel folded up to be about 1.5" thick, no mounting just sitting on the towel. works great
