Nothing changes in it when ever I try to log on, theres no error message, it just wont log in, goes back to the log in manager

Right I had this same problem, you need to go into safemode then use restore mode to go back to b4 you installed windows live.
When you reinstall Windows Live untick the family safety option its probably this thats causing the c£ck up, ive also not run msconfig to get rid of msn messenger as i dont use it just in case it was that instead of family safety but since family safety is more than likely tie'd in with UAC user account control it probably is that caused it |
