Thinking of buying a new Mobo!

In a few months I'm probably gonna get a new comp and I'm wondering what kind of mobo I should get. I'm gonna have a P4 533Mhz Bus, and I just about anything else goes, I'm gonna be willing to spend a maximum of $150. If you could give me some ideas I'd appreciate.

Only prob with the IT7 Max is that it only has 4 PCI slots, I'm looking for 5 or 6. If its still in my price range I'd also like AGP 8x.

Why start speculating now about a mobo you might get in a couple of months? Who knows what boards are out by then, and at what prices?

I'm trying to convince my mom to get a new comp and I need to get a total of about how much its going to cost. The less it is the sooner we get it. I'd like to plan ahead anyway.

I've got Sound Card, USB card, and an extra NIC. I might add a PCI Fan later and I don't want them to get filled up. Now that I think about it though 4 might be OK but I'll have to look into it.

You dont need the NIC or sound cards and the board comes with like 6 or 8 USB 2.0 ports.

What about the 8x AGP, Since I'll eventually get the Geforce FX I'd like to take advantage of the extra bandwidth.

Also what kind of cooling should I get if I'm going with a P4 2.66Ghz and that Abit IT7. What kind of CPU fan and HSF would get me the lowest temps.
