Question How do I make windows xp more tochscreen friendly??

hi everyone,

My question is how can I make my windows xp more touchscreen friendly?

I know that windows 7 is definitely better for laptops and computers with touchscreen but this laptop really can't handle it (see specs).

So lately I found a software solution called: "Bumptop" and it really made the touchscreen experience much better.

But still some things in windows are just to small. For example the scrolling bar at the right sight of the windows screen and things like that.

Are there already some known tweaks that I can use right away? (( mean, download and install and done)
Are there software sollutions? Are there hidden functions in windows xp??
Or do I have to do it all manually till I have exactly as I want???

I hope you guys can help me!

Here are the specs:

Type: Laptop
Manufacturer: Panasonic
Model number: CF-T2D

Windows XP Service Pack 3
CPU: Intel Pentium M 1,1 ghz
RAM 758 mb
HDD: 40 gb
Touchscreen: Yes
Wireless card: yes
