Lost with 5850 and voltage control

Ok peeps, I'm looking at a 5850, and I want to be able to up the voltage and have it actually save when I reboot. It seems I want a reference design, but how do I control the voltage? I would prefer to not need to unlock/flash anything.

Is there one card that is heads and shoulders above the rest?

No card that I know of will let you "save" the upped voltage to the card unless you flash the bios using ATI tool.

MSI or ASUS cards will allow you to up the voltage via software as well as any other reference design cards ie stock coolers.

You can control voltage through ATi Tool or MSI Afterburner if the card has unlocked voltage.

From what I hear the Toxic 5850 is the best.

I'm not 100% sure if it does have voltage control(I don't think it does), but it's quieter and cooler than others.

Reference cards from the better brands aren't easy to find now though.

Sapphire is the best brand I've found that still has reference cards for sale. I wouldn't consider Diamond or VisionTek.
