I don't believe you can. Apparantly it was in 2003 but then removed. It's how it's meant to be. I'll do some more investigating when I get a min and edit up this post if I find anything as tbf, I'd quite like it myself as would half the place I work at no doubt. It's possible you could do something with the alerts feature but that seems more geared to website based stuff.
